Hansel and Gretel are 4.5 month old mix breed puppies available to go home Jan 27. From their foster — Hansel and Gretel are both sweet natured. They can both sit!! They live in our house with our 8 dogs and play well with others. Potty training is going ok. They are curious about cats, but haven’t met a chicken. They sleep in their crate. Super soft and cuddly. They both have discovered couch life and love to snuggle up with anyone. They finally sleep independently, but close to each other. Great with children and love snow!! Swimming is a top fun thing to do here! They can blend into any menagerie of family members and pets!

Please be sure all family members are in agreement to adopting and your family is ready to bring dog home now.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old.

A volunteer will be in touch to discuss your application and the dog to determine if it is a good match. Your vet and two references will be called.  A virtual home visit done. Once approved a meet and greet at the farm will take place.  If all are in agreement and the animal has received its NH health certificate an adoption contract will be signed and adoption fee paid.  Adoption fees for dogs are $450. for adults over 12 months, $550 for puppies 12 months and younger.  Fees for seniors, special needs or harder to place dogs will be determined by our Board of Directors. All dogs will be altered when adoption is finalized, up to date on age appropriate core vaccines, negative for parasites, heart worm and lyme tested if 6 months or older, microchipped and have a current health certificate.  Proof of a basic obedience course completed is part of our adoption contract within six months.

Our descriptions are based on shelter evaluations, input from foster homes and interactions with our volunteers but are in no way a guarantee of temperment.

Please know we practice Covid-19 guidelines for mask wearing and social distancing.  Only approved applicants are allowed to meet our dogs outdoors.
